Tired

I saw a monkey when I wrote my English essay this morning.
I got excited. My school can be a second zoo.
Biology was ok. I hope.

I am super tired and not able to concentrate with my reading.

Zits

I am stress due to exam but I don't feel that nervous yet. Dangerous situation, Everytime exam is near I am sure pimples would take over my face. I have it all the time but when exam is around the corner there will be extra pimples. hahahha. I read this 7 tips to prevent zits and I think it is useful for me.

1. Don't over-clean your skin. You shouldn't need to wash more than twice a day. Any more than that can aggravate your skin and lead to zits. If your skin is dry, use a moisturizing cleanser.

2. Don't wear makeup to bed. Remove your makeup and then wash and moisturize your face before going to bed. (Thank God I am not a make up fan yet)

3. Drink plenty of water. This will help to keep your skin hydrated as well as help to flush toxins out of your body which can help to minimize acne problems.

4. Stop touching your face. Most of the time, your hands are covered with germs and bacteria. Touching your face can transfer them from your hands, and lead to clogged pores and more zits. ( I always touch my face!)

5. Keep your hair away from your face. Hair can be oily and dirty (even if it doesn't appear to be) and it can transfer these oils and dirt to your skin. Try to keep your hair pulled back at night as well, to avoid having your hair touching your face while you sleep. ( I have fridge. That make sense)

6. Change your pillowcase regularly. Bacteria and skin cells can build up on your pillowcase and get transferred to your skin while you sleep. Keeping your pillowcase clean can make a difference to your acne.

7. Your diet can play a part. While there is some doubt about whether specific foods can actually trigger zits and pimples, eating poorly can affect your body's ability to rid itself of toxins. A good diet will help your body fight the toxins and bacteria that can lead to acne.

Alone

I was alone today in class today without Ahsha Nadia and Effy!
Imagine how horrible and pissed off and boring I was in class???
Thank God Amanda and Nabila were there to actually cheer me up.
Everyone in class asked me " eyh why them all tak datang le? Pakat is it?"
And I would answer "I don't know!!!!" with a very annoyed face.
I want to merajuk with them tomorrow.
Hahhaahhaah :))))

My class pre-sale is what you call amazing.
You can't find any teacher more semangat than my teacher.
Trust me. And my class smelled like coconut today.
There was a snake in my class and it freaked us out like hell.
Imagine bunch of sissy girls who are afraid of lizards saw a snake.
It was a class full of shouting.

I got chosen as the captain of Sylvia which is unbelievable because I am not into it.
But I'm glad I can't make it even it hurts some people. Sorry.

I don't have issues with you but you have issues with most of my girls.
Don't try to break us apart. It is not going to work because we love each other.
Watch your mouth or we will make you cry again. hahahahahahahha.
Well we are hippies. We don't do war. :)))))

I hope our class photo this year is nice since it is my last year.
Let us leave this thing behind and be a girl while we still can.

I just got back from the library.
I learned a lot of chemistry today. Form 4.
But urgh there is so much to study.
My biology tuition is having a little test for chapter 1 form 5 and Nutrition form 4.
I read none. None!
My father told me reading one paragraph of biology in half an hour is normal.
Normal. Normal. Imagine how long do I need to complete everything?
More than 100 hours perhaps?

I ate Ayam Penyet near masjid and Ummi ate at the place near Gita there.
hahahah. And I can't wait for BM tuition.

Okey I want to watch Lord of the Ring: Two towers.

Uhh teacher just told us that lots of form 4 topics are in the exam.
